RETURN POLICY


We want you to love your products! However, if you experience any issues with your product, please read this Return Policy to learn about your options.


If you would like to return a product or if you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email mergo@mergo.co for instructions on how to return your item and initiate the return process. You have 15 days after receiving the product to request a return. Please do not return the product without emailing us first.


To receive a full refund, you must return the products in their original, unused, and resellable condition (unless the products were damaged upon delivery) with the original tags. Damaged, marked, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is poorly packaged or damaged.


A receipt is required for all returns.


Custom products are non-returnable.


After receiving your product, we will verify if it complies with this Return Policy. If the return is accepted, the refund for the returned item will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes to receive the refund may vary depending on your bank's procedures.
